Cotton lycra fabric, made from blend of cotton and lycra on plain weave. Cotton lycra is a thick fabric with little stretch due to presence of lycra. It is made by wrapping cotton fibers on the filaments of spandex fiber under little bit stretch. Commonly used for making blazers & jackets.
